The purchase of original artwork, prints, or jewelry does not transfer copyright ownership. Kari Breitigam retains all copyrights and reproduction rights associated with all artwork and designs.

  • display purchased physical artwork in personal spaces.

  • alter or create derivative works;sell reproductions or merchandise featuring the artwork;

  • use artwork or images in connection with NFTs, blockchain assets, or tokenized projects;

  • use artwork, photography, or Website content for AI training, machine learning systems, image generation tools, datasets, or automated scraping.

Unauthorized use of artwork or imagery may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
