In-stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. Made to order items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We charge a flat $8 shipping rate for U.S. orders via USPS. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.
We are happy to ship internationally, but all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. International tracking information is not always guaranteed upon leaving the US.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you; however, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Full-price items may be returned in original condition (clean and unused) in their original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of delivery. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service. Your refund will be processed after the returned item is received. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please email email@example.com to begin the return process.
